iGradePlus Version 12

We’ve created this blog to keep you informed about the progress of our next major update, iGradePlus Version 12, which we plan to release in early 2027.

Version 12 will be one of the most significant upgrades in the history of iGradePlus. We have been working on it for nearly two years, and it will introduce a wide range of new features, improvements, and design updates.

As you may have noticed from the new header on this page, Version 12 will also introduce updated iGradePlus branding, including a new logo and visual identity.

Below, you’ll find an overview of the major new features and improvements planned for iGradePlus Version 12. Be sure to check back regularly, as we’ll continue to publish more detailed articles highlighting individual features, enhancements, and development progress.

• Timelines - For schools that do not operate on a school year basis
• Multiple Active Overlapping Timelines
• Timeline / School Year Planner - Plan your timeline (school years, cohorts, etc.)  before the current ones complete
• Locked Timelines and Grading Periods - Prevents data from being modified 
• Campuses - Manage one or more campuses with each campus having one or more schools
• Cohorts - Create cohorts within a school, define timelines for them, and assign classes and students to those cohorts.

• Honor Roll - Define your own honor-roll tiers with custom GPA and grade requirements.
• Class Rankings - Automatically calculated based on your defined criteria
• At-Risk Student Feature - Define criteria that allows you to easily identify at-risk students.
• Student Support Programs - US-based (IEP, 504, RTI, ELL, Gifted & Talented) or customizable for international customers
